Orders placed on our website usually ships by UPS, FEDEX, or USPS within 5-7 business days.  Pre-Orders will be shipped when products are available.  

We do not offer free shipping for returns and exchanges.  Estimated shipping cost is around $35 depending on location and shipping method.  Please CLICK HERE to submit a return request.

Unopened and unused playmats with the packaging seal still intact can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund.  If the seal is broken, a restocking fee of 10% applies.

If you feel your product is defective, please stop using it and contact us immediately.
