Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Yay! Mats. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
•The play mat must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging and condition.
•Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
•The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
•Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is unopened and unused.
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns:
•The play mat must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging and condition.
•Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
•The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to send the original product back to us.
•The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs for the new replacement product.
•Exchanges will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is unopened and unused.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
